Primavera Sound 2011

Primavera Sound has been, without doubt, one of the most reliably exciting, well curated festivals of the last five years. Blending a mix of summery pop, indie guitar bands, experimental noise artists, dance acts, folk troupes, classic reunions and big name headliners, it generally caters for everyone whilst never failing to impress. On top of this, it’s set in a stunning, custom-built Herzog & de Meuron park overlooking the Mediterranean sea in the East of Barcelona.

Our only criticism of the festival has been the lack of a proper playlist to help discover bands you might want to see and get you in the mood for those you’re looking forward to. So, in true philanthropic spirit, we decided to make one ourselves.
