I’m really looking forward to seeing this, although I don’t think the trailer really does it justice. Looks like they’ve downplayed the playful elements of the character development and representation (inherent in the director’s graphic novel roots) and the experimental nature of the film’s structure and chronology. A couple of the quotes hint at it but it’s a very commercial positioning for what appears to be quite an interesting and difficult film. Will report back post-viewing though.
